Auger
Meter is a segment of concrete pipe with an inner structure
of an auger like. As concrete flows through it, it rotates
around it's axis. The angle of rotation is proportional to
the volume of concrete.
Auger Meter
is insensitive to the type of concrete pump or it's pulses.
Measuring the volume is precise and reliable and independent
of parameters, adjustments or zeroing. Auger
Meter is a net concrete discharge meter.
On the one hand, Auger
Meter significantly improves the reliability and precision
of the concrete waste calculations.
On the other hand, it is independent of counting the pulses
and not sensitive to physical and mechanical parameters of
the concrete. Therefore, it is highly recommended to use Auger
Meter also in CFA control systems of the "old"
generation.
